hammerhead dying

some tentacles missing became stringy and came out and other shrank up all other thing in tank seem healthy all perameters good

Is something picking at it? How about flow? Have you added/moved power heads recently?

no one bothering it. it is a week in my tank moderate flow thought flow was strong so moved head slightly tentacles were never out very far but they looked plump until last few days

They like lower flow. Is the tunze in the back creating flow that bounces off the front glass?
