to answer some people's pm questions, there's nothing wrong with it. I ran out of packets of reagent and I figured I don't need it anymore because I'm not into Acros anymore and so I decided not to buy anymore reagents. I don't really need a phosphate checker for softies. It works still and is still under warranty. I've owned it for less than half a year.
