hard water stain?

not sure when it built up on my tank glass. it's getting large. anyone knows any tool to remove it. i use the magfoat with scraper but doesn't seem working. can't reach this size from the top so not able to remove them using blade as well.

Looks like coralline. You can buy those flat edge razor sticks which will most likely reach the bottom, I recall Coralife making them.
