hardwicke wrasse CUC

Well I just added some cerith snails and the wrasse is picking and killing them one by one. Will it kill shrimp too? I was wanting to get a cleaner shrimp but I wont if he will kill them. Any other CUC options?

Nothing in reefkeeping is 100% guaranteed, but it is quite likely that cleaner shrimp would be on the hardwick wrasse's menu if it is going to be added to it's tank.

You can try adding it at night so it has a chance to hide. It's a big risk but may be worth trying.

dang that sucks. Guess I will look into other options
