Hardy shrimp species?

I recently had a bad experience with a coral banded shrimp. He was doing fine for about a week then suddenly died. He was really cool looking but I don't enjoy killing things in my tank. Are there any decorative shrimp that are generally hardier?

I'm not sure what happened but IME coral banded shrimp are just as hardy as most common kept shrimp.

CBS are well known for being sensitive to ph and salinity swings. But for the most past they are about the same as any shrimp.
