i have an opportunity to trade some coral for a harlequin tusk and was considering doing it only if it would be reef safe i have looked and seen that they can be but only with caution and really dont want to learn the hard way that its not. i really like my shrimp and clam! so let me know what you think or have done. thanks Dan

Mine never really picked on my clam. But IME any snails or shrimp are dinner. (I had to exile mine to my fragtank, as I was getting tired of not being able to keep a cleanup crew. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I had a tiny one years back in my old 60g Mixed. Never touched any corals, but I'd throw caution to inverts for sure!

GL!

I've kept 2 in reefs, and agree with what has been said. Any crustacean is likely fair game, but have never seen any issues with corals/clams.
