Have any use for a ballast

Dose anyone have any use for this? It was a freebee from a lighting system that I got from awhile back. Do know if it's worth anything but maybe trade for a frag?...Picture

and the ballast is around $40. Don't know who makes yours but google can help out;

Thats a big help!! Thanks, If it sell for about 100.00 new...,You think I could get about 60.00-70.00 dollers off E-bay, or would that be to much? My light set up cost me 450.00 and it would be nice to get some of the cost back...If no one here wants to trade for it?
