Have been waiting for bulkhead for long time

Hello,
I'm referening order invoice #24118. ON June 15, you originally messed this order up by sending me a ½" schedule 80 bulkhead (slip X thread) instead of the ¾" schedule 80 bulhead (slip X thread) that I ordered. I tried to contact you all by phone and email, but instead of replying back to me you sent me an email saying that something was shipped. I assumed that it was the correct bulkhead. Well, below this message is the the tracking link with USPS. It says that it has been delivered on 6/30. I waited a couple of days to be sure, but I still don't have it. I'm really frustrated right now and I have been waiting for this bulkhead for a long time now. I originally placed this order on June 15 and over 18 days later I still don't have what I ordered.

Abram,
Replacement bulkhead was send out in a yellow padded envelope and tracking number indicates it was delivered on 06/30.
If you can not locate the package please contact your local post office for assistance. Sometimes they hold the package if it is too big to fit into a mail box.
