Have Centropyge colini ever been able?

Rare Angels

New member
Hello,

One of the fish I have always wanted has been the Centropyge colini, Colin's angelfish. I understand that they are a difficult species but I thought if anyone would have them it would be you guys.

Have you had them in the past and do you know if you might get them in the near future.

I would also be very interested in the Amphirion leucokranos, any information on this fish would be great.

Dave,

We are pleased to hear you are interested in the Centropyge colini! They are one of the most beautiful Angelfish. We have had these fish available both wild caught and tank bred. At this time we are out of stock and you may wish to sign up for the e-mail me notification on the links provided and for the Diver's Den e-mail alert to receive instant notification daily. Signing up for this e-mail will help you stay informed when we update our site with these one of a kind specimens.

Rare Angels,

We have an update for you in regards to the Centropyge collini Angel. Our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility has informed us that they intend to offer two of these magnificent Angels later this week for purchase (these will be individual specimens, not a pair).

Your Diver’s Den alert sign up will allow you to watch for the C. collini’s appearance!

Ginger,

Thank you very much for the heads up. Are your Diver's Den fish available for sale at the Rhinelander retail store? I am in Appleton and have thought I coming up there and always wondered if this was an option

Dave,

We would certainly be happy to accommodate your request. Your order will need to be called in to our LiveAquaria department (800-334-3699) to arrange for special handling/pick-up at our Retail Store.

When these fabulous specimens are available on our site, we recommend calling to place your order promptly as Divers Den items are first come first serve.

Can you give any other info on these fish...how long have they been in QT & what are they eating? Beautiful fish

Racerw,

The Centropyge collini Angels have been in our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility for a couple of weeks. They are eating vitamin enriched frozen Mysis shrimp at our facility.

Thanks to all of you who have asked about these stunning fish!

Dave,

The Centropyge collini Angels we currently have at our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Live Facility are still being housed in the quarantine tanks and are not available at this time. These fish will be available once they are acclimated, showing normal behavior, and eating well. We anticipate the fish to be available sometime next week for purchase. We apologize that quarantine times are often unpredictable.
