I left a little while ago. Are you tracking the free saltwater tap on sand island? Sucks water in from a couple clicks offshore.
You can also get a free hobby license on Oahu that allows you to collect either fish or coral from some of the reefs there, can get some palys from Dog Beach on Hickam. Not a lot of coral that is available, but there is a good store near Honolulu that would have some softies every once in a while.
