heater's unknown

I can manually tell my heaters to come on and off, but when i put it on auto, the status becomes unknown. any thoughts?

They are that way until they meet one of your on/off temp conditions.

ok, i just wanted to make sure they werent just going to stay on or off

Mine are on auto and it shows off. Is it just when it's in the "limbo" stage between the two statements?

that seems to be the case then, i have a couple of heaters and only is in in the actual on stage right now, the other is in its "limbo" stage, but one is actually on and thats is fine for me at the moment, because it is suppose to be on. i have them set a half a degree different
