Help a newbie, what is this?!?!

I just got my shipment of "the package" from Tampa bay saltwater. Found this in the bottom of the bag. Can anyone tell me what it is? Possibly a anemone?

It's kind of hard to tell from that picture, but if I had to guess I would go with either a Terebellid or Cirratulid worm.

Does this help at all? If it is one of those worms, is it good? Something I can put in the tank?

If that is indeed one of the worms mentioned above then it's definitely good to have.
