Help and advice please - seam bubbles

See attached picctures...75g tank, filled and running for 5 days...

I am not sure if these bubbles were present on set up...

The largest bubble is near the bottom of the tank...sorry that the pics are rotated...this is on the left hand side of the tank on the vertical edge...

Please advise - thank you!
