Help- anyone have this piece?

This piece cracked and my doser does not work. I ordered a replacement, but unfortunately I leave on vacation in a few days, and I don't think it will arrive on time. I don't want the family member watching the tank to have to dose manually. Anyone have a connector like this lying around on old equipment or in their junk drawer? Thanks.
