please need 2 know how 2 treat my yellow tang in my 30 gal. reef tank

B) Make your 30g a hospital/quarantine tank

This disease cannot be effectively treated in a reef tank. You'll need to remove all of your fish, as well as any potential invertebrates hosts like sea cucumbers, and leave the tank fishless, feeding as little as possible, for 3 months. Meanwhile your fish can be treated while in a hospital tank. A freshwater dip followed by formalin baths in the hospital tank should kill the parasites, but will need to be repeated.
