Help brown mushrooms

Can someone tell me what am i doing worng my mushroom is brown it use to be white when i frist got it and its been brown for 2 months all my prems are at 0 and all my sps corals r doing fine. At frist i thought was to much light so i placed it at the bottom of the tank but its still brown and i cant figure out why... My tank has been up and running for 8 months alk cal mag is all fine also

The brown color is probably what it's supposed to look like. The white you were seeing was a bleached mushroom most likely. It was in bad shape.

Really? When i bought it at my lfs all of it was white and it looked nice n heathly and when i see new mushrooms grow out they start off white then they end up turning brown

+1 sounds like a bleached out shroom originally, brown is more of a "normal" color. Not sure I've even seen a naturally white mushroom before
