help diagnosing what happened with this fish?

Fish was in a QT tank for over a week in which water has been changed daily by 50% fresh ocean water.
Fish had been treated with ApI Super Ich cure one dose
Stared showing red marks on its body next day so water was changed 70% and carbon added to take out all medication....2 days later....(still daily water change 50%)

looks like a bacterial infection of some kind. I would do a cocktail of metroplex, furan2 and kanaplex for at least 10 days.
