Help! Fish's skin coming off fast... what is this?

Can anyone tell me what this is and how to treat it? This has been getting worse daily. My pet store tested my water and said it's fine... they told me to use some anti bacterial meds. I gave the fish a 2hr bath in a small tank yesterday but he continues to get worse.

I lost to angels and they looked just like this. My other fish were treated with prazipro for flukes and they are fine now. Take a look at this thread it was more then helpful for me to narrow down the cause of deaths on my fish and treat the other fish. I don't know if this is what you have, but it is worth looking at. My queen angel looked just like this yesterday and since treatment, he looks so much better already

Thanks! I'll check this out. Unfortunately my fish died during the 2nd day of medicated bath, but it's good to know for next time.
