Help Flame Angel Sick

I've had my Flame Angel in QT for 3 - 4 weeks now. Eating everything and looking great, then 2 days ago his one eye swells up. Then yesterday he looks really pale and his side fins are frayed.

He is in a 10 gal. tank, with a leather frag, kenya tree frag, a xenia frag and the only other fish is a blue/green chromis. The only thing I added was the Xenia about 4 - 5 days ago.

I did a 1 gal. water change yesterday and another one this morning.

Does anybody know what this could be? Do I need to medicate? Any ideas? I'd hate to loose him.

Eye problems are often bacterial issues .. sometimes caused by abrasion (netting etc). Sometimes these will clear up on their own if you have good water quality and feed the fish correctly ... if that doesn't work then QTing and use of an antibiotic is necessary.

Thats a pretty small tank for a dwarf angel .. might be a contributing factor.
