Help Frogspawn

ok my purple frogspawn i had at the top of my tank with little flow and it wasnt doing too hot and so i put it on the sand bed with little flow and light and my green one is also on the bottom but my green has some brown and my purple one doesnt fully inflate....any suggestions?

What does the brown look like? Can you post a pic? I just lost a huge wall hammer to brown jelly infection ... you need to act quickly to save it if it is that infection.
