Help help with Green Mushrooms Tank and rock cleaning

What is the best way to kill off the green mushrooms of of rock first?
Next tank glass and sand bed?
I ask as I had pump problems and all the fish are all dead. I like to start over as the mushrooms were too much. I took all the rock out as they are full of green mushrooms and like to clean them off or do I have to get new rock?.

better take the rock and cut in pieces .. make some people happy with it instead killing and buy a new rock..

Sorry too late out of water too long. Need to scrub and cure them.
