Help Hippo tang sick!

starting this morning tang has clear spots on face and lateral line.. still eating well and in quarantine tank with 3 blue chromis..any help or ideas???

What are you feeding him?

Is it possible to get a close up pic?

He could have the start of MHLLE, but its hard to say as its far away.

But erosion of the face or lateral lines is where this affliction starts.
