HELP I have UFO's in my sump!

I just found a whole bunch of Unidentified Fixed Objects in my sump and protein skimmer! They are featureless long bloated white rice looking things attached to the side of my sump and skimmer. They appear to be tube like with no other features. All I have in my tank is a few fish, three zoa's and a frogspawn. I am working on pictures but they are so small. The longest is about a ¼ of an inch and the smallest about a 1/8 of an inch. Whatever it is must be from zoa's or the frogspawn. I haven't added anything to my tank in years. Any thoughts?

Yep normal...i had them in my 46g bowfront sump...
