Is this mushroom? If yes, what type are they? Do they required low, medium or high light? What about placement bottom, middle or high?

Thanks.

^^ I agree a green species of Rhodactis, maybe Rhodactis sanctithomae, or maybe even a species of Ricordia. We need a mre close up photo, but distinguishing species within Rhodactis is nearly imposible unless you are quite expert, which I am most certainly not.

Uh, on second thought, sorry Blaze, I didn't bother looking at your occupation before I posted. I'll defer to you. Am I on base though?

I was thinking the same. Most likely rhodactis, but could possibly be a ric as well. Definatly need a more close up pic to get a better idea.

Thanks guys for the infos.

Here are 2 close up but photos not good as using a compact camera.

There isn't the familiar mouth of a yuma too.

These look an awful lot like Ricordea florida to me, which is a corallimorph, just not technically considered a mushroom. I say Ricordea only because I don't see the single distinctive mouth that is the trademark of the mushrooms and also, the mushrooms tend to have more of a bilateral symetry which these don't have. Yeah, I'm going with Ricordea. Anyone else?

It looks like R. yuma to me. You can make out some of the mouth in the first picture of the close up and it does look like it has a ring of vesicles around it's mouth.

Thanks for the infos guys.

But sometimes I may find a small little mouth but sometimes I can't, and that's the problem.
