Help ID this white string

Can any one tell me what this is on my Achilles face and how to treat it? I'm not really sure what it is. Hes in the QT with a Prizi for a week now and doing really well. I don't remember seeing this at the LFS before I took him home but I noticed it the day I placed him in the QT. Thanks

Possibly the beginnings of HLLE? Or it could be nothing. Just keep an eye on it for now, see if it grows/spreads.

Checked on him this morning and both white marks on his face are totally gone. Going to do a water change...yeah gonna keep a close eye on him and see if it comes back.

Ya know, now that I think of it, this reminds me of a Powder Blue Tang I once had. When I first got him he had these faint, weird white spots/streaks on his body. I never did figure out what it was. It went away after a week or so, and I never saw them again...
