HELP ID worm with pics! Spagetti Worm?? (2)

Hello,

I have some of this worms and since my zoanthids seems not to be OK, I think perhaps it is one of the causes.
Questions:
1- What is the following worm?
2- Is it a harm? Do it eat/kill/bothers any corals at all?
3- If so, how do I remove it? Is there any fish that eats it?

I think one of my worms are killing my zoas... But if this one is reef safe I will let it leave!

There it is defined as irritator... Perhaps it could stress the zoanthid so much it would die. is it possible?

Yes it is true they can bother zoos enough to kill them IMO
