Help ID!?!

Found on my glass after feeding. Can't remember what it's called but I'm fairly sure it's a bad thing to have. ?fluke? I sucked it out with a turkey baster into a cup for now. Can't see any 'friends' yet.

Is it destined to be flushed or does it get to live another day? Any advice for what to do is very much welcomed!!!!

Looks like a flatworm. Don't overreact. Unless they multiply extensively, good tank maintenance will prevent an overrun. I'd flush the one though.
