Help Identify This Bulb

I have a 250W DE/HQI bulb that I forget what kind it is and the writing left on the bulb is not enough help- some of it may have worn off. I'm not sure because it has been a while since changing them and I wasn't the one to do it last. I can vaguely remember that it may be a Helios 14K or 20K, or a Hamilton 14K or maybe a Coralife 14-20K?

Writing left on the bulb:

Base of Bulb:
PEC LAMP
MH - 250W/TD
BLUE
MADE IN JAPAN

Up the Side:
5K08

If I need to get a picture I can if this is insufficient.

I also have another 250W DE/HQI bulb which the make and color is unknown. It unfortunately has no writing left on it at all, so I could post a picture of it to help identify it if this is possible.

I took some pictures of them both.
