HELP! Last effort for dying fish

I have a royal gramma that is covered in white patches, eyes are white clouds... fish is upside down etc ... is there anything I can try as a last effort or is it more humane to put him down somehow at this point.

Gills are still moving though but I don't know what I could do to help him at
this point

any thoughts on the best plan here?

Freshwater dip. 2 minutes. Match pH, I use regular baking soda and test side by side with tank pH.

Or clove oil and help end his suffering.

Sorry. Tough spot to be in.

just an update I placed him into a clear container , I treated with Prazipro... ended up seeing tons of white things fall off and start spasming ...I believe it was flukes.... He sadly did not survive though.
