Help leather has hole in it.

It started as what looks like stretch marks. Have checked all water parameter; kh, cacium, phosphate, nitrates, nitrites, amonia, ph, salinity all are in tolerance and right in line with previous tests. Aquarium is about 2 years old 60 gal with 30 gal sump running a fluval 406 and a corallife protein skimmer in sump with circulation pumps. Please Help can't find anyone who knows what it is see attached photos.

Hard to say. It looks clean through. Could be part of a fold that is splitting off or a response to some irritant. I had a sinularia that developed a hole in the base that was not clean through. Turned out bristle worms were boring into it.

I wouldn't worry about it unless the tissue around the hole turns black or begins decomposing/dissolving.
