Anyone have any idea what this thing is, came with my new tank that i bought, not sure if it is bad or good, seems to have little antenaes on it

They don't - just build a shell and send out a couple mucous streams into the water column to collect food. Do a search on them. You may find yourself with many before long. They can be very prolific.

Sometimes the shell is coiled like yours, sometimes it it straight, and sometime a combination.
