Help me get set up

I am looking to mainly do my lighting set up with a controller. I just built a 48 light 3w Cree fixture with 1:1 blue:white. I'm looking to do a sunrise/set with them. Didn't read the fine print on rapidled and bought their controller which didn't work out real well with the Mean Well ELN-60-48D dimmable drivers.
So I hear apex is compatible withthe D drivers. I'm trying to keep it on the lower price scale and don't need to open my garage door or anything from it. Would the aquacontroller jr be enough for what I need?

I believe the Apex is the only one that has the ability to control the drivers. Jr definitely won't and I am thinking I read the Apex Lite will not either. I believe you can get the Lite, but then need the VDM to add the 0-10v ports. I'd guess the two together is less than the standard Apex, but don't know for sure.
