Carnation coral, dendroneptheia.
It's not an LPS. It's a non-photosynthetic coral that needs almost constant feedings of phytoplankton throughout the day. They don't tend to do well in tanks that are not set up to deal with non-photosynthetic corals by having very frequent feedings and excellent filtration.
