I have been in the hobby for 4 years or so then I got out of it and now I want to get back in but I am not sure what size tank I want. I had a 75gal before but that was when I lived at my parents. Now I live on the third floor of an apt and I know that this place cannot support a large tank. I was thinking a 30gal but im debating. My main worry is that the tank will fall. I worry because my buddy had a tank in his apt next door to me and every time you walked by the whole think swayed. What do you all think?

If you're worried about falling then breeders would be a good choice, 30 & 40 have the same footprint (36x18) but differ in height.
