Help me start a nano tank

I am new to sw fish care and want to start a nano reef. I have a empty 20 and want to use it. Wht would the average cost be to start a nano tank of this size? Wht also would be some beginners coral/fish that i should look into for the start of the tank?

IME about 500 dollars would be about right.

Try a clownfish, royal gramma, chromis, goby, anything like that.

For corals, Xenia, zoas, mushrooms, etc.
