Help me with my stock list

Please give me advice and ideas on what to add to my 70 gallon mixed reef.
Current inhabitants:
Pair of black ice clowns
Bicolor blenny
Whitecap goby with shrimp
Longnose hawkfish
Blue star leopard wrasse
Cuc includes snails two peppermint shrimp a fighting conch and one red leg hermit crab

The following fish are what I'm considering adding to the tank:
1. Copper banded butterfly fish (I realize some sites say they need a larger tank but I believe if I get a small one it will be fine for a long time since they are slow growers and they do not swim nearly as actively as something like a tang)

2 potters/ chaoti leopard wrasse (not sure if it's a good idea to press my luck considering my blue star is doing so well, I'd love to have one or both, let me know what you think)

3. Mandarin/ruby red dragonet ( again i would love to have both but I think having either is unlikely due to the leopard)

4. Royal gramma (not high on my list but may be a good addition)

5. Banghaii cardinal (again not very high on my list but a pair would be cool)

6. Anthias of some kind (maybe bartletts? I dot have experience with anthias so feedback here would be very appreciated)

That's all I'm considering right now, if I think of anything else I will post about it here. Just restating that I know having all these fish is an impossibility and don't intend trying to have all of them.

Thanks for your feed back :)

My thoughts:

1 wouldn't get the butterfly fish due to tank size

2 per my understanding mixing leopard wrasse *females* can be successful when mixing species

3 you're right no mandarin because of the leopard. Tank is too small to have enough pods for both

4 royal gramma: fine choice except IMO similar in "style" to the bicolor Blenny although this is just personal preference

5 banggais would be fine. Nocturnal. Check the vent method and get a MF pair. No more than 2 fish

6 I think anthias need more like 125 gallons to swim happily.

Conclusion: get perhaps 1-2 more fish from the above because you're pretty full!

Thank you for your feedback, the butterfly might not be a good idea, i think if I get it small it would work for years before it was a problem but I realize many people believe to not buy a fish that can't live in your tank fully grown,

What I have read about the anthias is that different species have different requirements and many of them would be fine in a tank of this size, im looking for recommended species

For your list, i would not do a butterfly or mandarin, even a royal gramma IMO. As for anthias, there are some smaller species that should do ok in your tank IMO. I would go with some gobies and wrasses. More nano type fish.

Please explain why you wouldn't recommend the butterfly and gramma
