HELP, Melting Feather Calerpa

My Feather Calerpa was doing fine and within the past hour it is all melting before my eyes. Is it going sexual? I run the lights on for 18 hours and give 6 hours of dark. Do I have a problem and if so what should I do?

Are the roots in the sand or crushed coral.
It will die if not.

caulerpa dont melt as going sexual, they segregate a white liquid. meltin its not normal . caulerpa do best when anchored to sand or rock
