I was just about to put my fish in the main tank until I noticed that there where a few white dots on it. One on the tip of its fin, one on the back under the dorsal fin, and a couple on its back. I thought it was air bubbles, but then I am suspecting it is Ick. They white dots are not flat on the fish, they are popping out a little. The fish has been acting normal and had a good appetite when it was in QT. What are they?Answer me as soon as you can.

She was in a 20 gallon QT. I just fed her, and looked for any signs of parasites, but couldn"t see anything. She has been in QT a little more than 2 weeks. What do you reccomend treating her with?

I checked my fish today, she is normal, and all of a sudden those specks dissapeared, and only one is left, and it is shiny like a bubble, and the thing sticking out of its fin is also gone. The fish never scratched or anything, is it even ich? I do not know, but just in case, I am going to buy some ich medicine later.

The only ich "medicine" is to use tank-transfer, copper, or hypo. There are some quinine drugs that may work too. Anything a LFS sells will not cure ich, except copper.
Its not unusual for ich to disappear, then come back X100. Tiny bubbles, grains of substrate, etc., are often mistaken for ich. Google marine Ich and see if this looks like what you have/had. most pics you see will be heavily infected fish, just look at the spots and compare.
Also, A QT regimen requires much more than two weeks. Parasites can easily remain hidden longer than that.

I did look at ich, and the parasites are bigger than what I found on my fish. Acutally when I got a magnifying glass, I looked at the fish, and those tiny spots are just really small air bubbles on the fish. It does not look like ich now that I have seen it up close. But I am still going to keep an eye on the fish, and keep it in QT for 2 more weeks.
