Help-Mushrooms have flatworms

Your tank has flatworms, not your mushrooms.

Do a search on here from Flatworm Exit. It works really good.

I keep trying to search but am told it's busy. Just bought the mushrooms yesterday. FW really take over whole tank? Will they go away if I fresh water dip them?

If you have any type of reef safe wrasses, they will eat them up. For example, six line wrasse, fairy wrasses, or yellow wrasse.

I had some flatworms hitchhike in on some shrooms once my skunk cleaner shrimp took care of them I cannot explain why but one day the worms were there and two days after the shrimp spent the day climbing around that rock the worms were gone that was almost 4 years ago and no sign of flatworms since.

I had no luck with my wrasse eating the FW infestation I had. 1 Solar, 1 Exquisite, and 2 flashers.

I think it was b/c these are plankton(water column) feeders.
I got a leopard wrasse about a month ago and the flatworms were gone in about a week.

I'd wager that the 6lines are fine, but then you can't really add more wrasses.

People have problems with the Leopards, but I was able to find one that ate frozen Mysis in the store. For a while that was all he would eat. Then bloodworms became "acceptable", now he will eat anything but pellets. Formula 2 flake, cyclopeeze flake, DIY frozen mix... but I digress...
