Help my brain (w/ picture)

I tried this before but since I didn't post a picture I didn't get much help. So here we go. . My brain is not perfectly healthy, my first concern is when part of it puffed up and the ridges were brownish red. I've done alot of searching and I found out it has been loosing a little flesh (this white stringy stuff means it's shedding). .

Anyway. I have tested the significant levels and posted a picture.

TEMP: 81
SG: .025
TRATE: 0
PH: 8.0
DKH: 11.2
CAL: 380
It is on the sand, medium flow, 220w PC in 55 gallon.

I'm currently dosing some calcium to slowly raise calcium to better levels. I think my PH is low and DKH is high. Could this be the problem? The only problem products I have like Seachem marine buffer say they raise ALK by 1 meq/L and my DKH is already high enough. Here's my 2 thoughts. .

1)I have gone 2 weeks without feeding him, bad I know. And now he doesn't extend his sweepers at night, he doesn't want to eat so I know he's stressed. .

2) For a couple weeks time I had some blue mushrooms near him, maybe, is it possible they were stinging him? If you notice on the bottom right side, some of his skeleton is showing, he's lost some flesh there. And that's near the area where he first showed his redness/puffyness. Now as you can see alot of his ridges are brownish/red, not just one area anymore.

The mushrooms are now moved away and I'm going to try every night to feed him. But can anyone notice a specific reason it looks like this? Is it a disease or just a very stressed brain?

let's get this where the Pro's can jump in and help you out. :)

My first thought is that the mushrooms have caused a certain amount of stress. Another thought is that I personally have found those types of corals do better under failry intense lighting . ie MH.

But I am sure others will chime in.

Your parameters seem ok. Nothing shocking that would cause problems.

The bottom edge of the coral might be being irritated by the substrate or somthing. If that is the only place where it is looking bad I would wait a little longer before stressing to much.

Maybe move him up in the tank a little bit for some more intense lighting, when was the last time you changed your bulbs?

Anyways the rest of the coral looks great. So maybe just give it time.
