Help my Dendro?

[Red Fish]

My dendro had been growing nicely for over a year, and then I noticed one of the heads was oozing black/green stuff. I blew it off with a pipette and the whole head disintegrated. I have dipped it in Coral Rx, but it still looks sad.
What else can I do?

Yes. It was always open before and now most of the heads are only part way open.

Is it a dendro or sun coral?

Have you changed anything recently? maybe try placing it in a bit of higher flow?
