Help my goniopora looks like it will explode lol

Is this normal ..it looks like its going to explode...my parameters are good..any ideas whats going on

Is it near the light? When they get sudden exposure to strong light they do this or after eating heavily. If it's the light, I'd move it down to the bottom of the tank.

Just wanted to let you know that a goni is an LPS not a softie, so this is the wrong forum for it. I didn't know if you knew it was an LPS or not, because you listed this in the LPS forum.

They are very hard to keep long term, make sure it has low/med light and moderate flow. Also need to feed it a few times a week. Typically goni's like dirty water best but can do OK in a tank that is stable with some nutrients (nitrates and phosphates) but not too much to affect the other corals negatively
