If it is just a light cloud, I'd just wait a couple more days. Sometimes it clears on its own. But if the cloud becomes denser in the next two days, active treatment with antibiotics in QT (or HT) will be necessary. Also it could be fluke in the eye.
I always use UV in both DT and QT during periods of stocking fish. Incidents of external bacterial infection decrease by 70% or more.
