Help Needed In Getting The Wet Side Apart

Today I tried to take one of my wet sides apart for cleaning. I took out the machine screw on the magnet, and got the propeller out through the out-flow end of the plastic guard. How do I separate the back and get inside? I tried prying at the red gasket, but it wouldn't come apart. Help........

Don't pry...they twist together. Put the piece, I can't think of what they call it but the piece that goes on the wet end that covers the magnet. place it on a counter, push down a little bit and twist left and lift. The cage will come off from the base.
