Help needed to cure ich :'(

I have ich in my DT. As confident it is ich as newcomer can be. Have ~50g tank with few coral & inverts. Want to do tank transfer method. Is a 10g tank too small to house following for 3 days at a time (& if so what size is needed):
flame angel -infected
juwel algae blenny - infected
royal gramma - infected
o. clown - not infected
firefish - not infected

I assume I have to do tank transfer with all regardless of symptoms being shown? Or can I put clown & firefish in separate tank & not bother transferring?
Am i right in saying that DT can keep corals, shrimp, snails, dwarf hermits but must be fish free for 8 weeks? Am i being stupid or does this mean I need to cycle a separate tank while doing transfer that will house fish for the remaining ~6weeks after tank transfer is complete?
Sorry for bombardment but want to get treating asap & have never researached this....
What is minimum equipment I can away with... obv heater & a pump for circulation but what do i need filter wise giving my load in small tank. I asked about 10g as I have a spare tank (would have made a great qt tank :'( ) but now thinking I might just buy 2x ~20g buckets/bins for transfers, which might need no filtration???

All fish must be assumed to have or carry ich. The display tank must be without fish for 9 weeks to allow the strain to die out. I have a sticky above with details of tank transfer.
