Does anyone have any info on QUININE SULFATE , any problems, dosage, effectiveness, after effects?
any help would be highly appreciated.

I have never used this, I was wanting to use something similar: chloriquine phosphate but it's difficult to get. Among my searches I did have a site on quinine sufate which is similar but doses are different. Here is what I have on it. As far as working experience that may be someone else's info. It seems to be more of a freshwater treatment though I don't see why it couldn't be interchangeable. hope this helps :

QUININE SUFATE:

USE: Resistant strains of Ich (especially on scale less fish). Protozoan, sliminess of the skin and Rams disease (whirling disease). Also good for resistant strains of Hexamita when combined with Metronidazole.
DOSAGE : 250 mg per 10 gallons of water. Once a day for 4-5 days. Do a 25% water change before each treatment.
