help new to saltwater

Hi I've been having a problem with brown alge been doing a weekly water change tring to get rid of it and now my condi anemone are turning brown also is there anything else I can do?

Need more info. Size of tank, how long has it been up, water parameters.

yes need more info as stated. Also tell us what test kits your using.. You using RO/DI? as well?
