HELP! Old apex went crazy - no control

I was just watching the end of the basketball game ~ 8:20PM - my lights go off at 8PM & all of the sudden they went on, my feeder started, my dosing pumps started running. I tried to connect local via the IP address & I can't. I went to the local control & my lights, pumps, heaters, etc the whole control are not what I have. I can connect via Fusion & there are all sorts of things set up, but not what I set up.

I don't even know where to start! ANy ideas?

I checked the network setup & the IP address is correct, port, etc. I reset my router - no joy

I have a backup apexcfg file, but can't figure out how to upload it from fusion since that is my only connection.

Getting close to panic mode!!!!!!!

haxhaxhax?

Is it publicly accessible from the intarwebnets? Seems odd a bunch of stuff is setup but not what YOU set up.

Or it somehow loaded some whacky alternate or default profile?

I've never had an apex so I'm only tossing guesses based on my computer engineering experience.

wow, what a night. I'm not the first to have their apex lose all programming. I'm back up, thank goodness for having a somewhat recent apexcfg back up file. I will be calling Neptune tomorrow, I mean today because if I was not home when this happened things would have gone South very fast!

Good night!

Somewhere in the control panel menu there is a SYSTEM RESTART option. This turns off Apex for about 5 Seconds and then the entire system reboots and powers up. That's the option I would have done if things we're crazy and out of control.

Neptune is probably going to have you reflash the FIRMWARE
