Help on Approving/Posting Blog entry

Sorry for what's probably a dumb question ... but I created my 1st Blog posting this morning, although, I saved it as a Draft. Now I'm unable to "Approve Blog Entry" under "Moderation" in the lower right of the screen. It gives me a message that the servers are busy. Is this the right way to post an entry or does it have to be approved by the Moderator? Thanks!

FYI, I finally figured it out. I tried to create another post and it asked if I wanted to edit the draft. Then it gave the option to Publish under Additional Options at the bottom of the page.
