Help please. Is this green hair algae?

The reason I ask because I have a lawnmower blenny and he doesn't touch any of these. Also my nitrate and phosphate are undetectable. I'm at my wits end. I have done kitty of water changes and ran gfo carbon. Nothing works. Help please.

Looks more like Bryopsis. Lets wait for input from other people.
If it is Bryopsis the fluconazole can take care if it very well.

God I hope it's just a stubborn GHA and not bryopsis. But now that you mentioned, I think you might be right. FML

IMO time for a new test kit. After your next water change, take out the rocks and wash and brush the algae off in the old water. Then drip some drug store peroxide on the section of rock where the algae was growing. Keep the rock out of the water for a couple of minutes before returning to the tank.

Just got the red sea test kit. You think the peroxide might kill this? After the previous comment i an debating if it's bryopsis.
